Every space in her brain is focused on color; just color- no haircuts for her. In order to provide the highest quality color service, Tracy places great importance on the consultation. She’ll take as much time as necessary to understand what her client wants even if they can’t verbalize it. She is the Queen of Analogy — she’ll describe things five times in different ways to communicate clearly. She’s a very good listener, a logical creative thinker, and very, very silly. When Tracy is not at the salon, you can find her at the beach. A third-generation Berkeley girl, she is in love with the California coast, in spite of traveling to beaches all over the world. But, no matter which beach Tracy lands on, her surfboard won't be far away. And when she returns, she'll bring that sunny, surfer look back to you.
