kiki

Kiki is a third generation hair stylist. Her grandfather was a barber, her father was a hairdresser, and three of his seven children are in the business. Kiki's father saw her talent and encouraged her to continue in his footsteps. He would say "it's in your Levi's".

Before joining Keter Salon Kiki dressed hair in the Union Square area of San Francisco for 15 years. She has traveled internationally while working for a product line. She was involved in trade shows, platform work (presenting new styles created by her artistic team), doing photo shoots for magazine ads and teaching advances cutting and styling techniques.

Kiki gets inspiration from sharing knowledge. She and Diana, the owner of Keter, alternate teaching weekly classes in the salon for assistants and stylists. Kiki keeps a fresh perspective by attending classes, her favorite recently has been at the Vidal Sassoon Academy.

Kiki has many talents - cutting, coloring, up-dos and hair extensions. She loves to teach her clients how to care and style for their new haircut to help it look it's best every day.

"I'm so happy to run into a client out and about who looks just as good as they did when they left the salon."
