The Rolf Method of Structural Integration
- Each session is scheduled for 75-90 minutes but please allow yourself some extra time before and after each session.
Massage- Appointments are scheduled for 1 1/2 hours so we have enough time to explore any issues you have and can be enjoyed from the comfort of your own home, hotel, vacation rental, on site
